Holy Spirit Saturday at Stringfellow Unit!

We had an awesome celebration of the Holy Spirit on Saturday, July 21st, with 87 offenders and 9 volunteers. The Praise and Worship Band had the whole place rock'n and the pastor from Destination Church in Clute, TX, sang a spiritual rap song.

Five offenders gave their life to Christ and one asked to be baptized. The individual giving his testimony swore, when he entered prison, to never step a foot in the chapel. Free-world-food attracted him to the chapel but God provided a spiritual food that never ends. He committed his life to the Lord Saturday. This was the best HHS that I ever participated in....well, I guess I say that almost every time!!!
